This was my first time in a treatment facility and I had no idea what to expect. This facility was the 2nd best decision I made other than surrendering the fact I needed help with Alcoholism. The staff and the community was very warm and welcoming. They have wonderful programs set in place to work with at the level you’re at. I definitely recommend this facility.

Level Up was the best decision I ever made. Not sure how I wound up at this treatment center in Florida when I live in Iowa, but it was meant to happen. I have gained so much insight into my addiction and was also able to meet people who will forever be my family. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to truly change their lives.

The therapist Jennifer was awesome and was hands down the bright spot of my experience. The nursing staff could have been a little faster with meds but overall we’re nice and very helpful. The only downside was the tight living situation but the group of guys I had were good. Overall I better not have to come back here but god forbid I do I would definitely consider this place again.

Highly recommend LU, staff was highly great and helpful. Came in not knowing what my next move was and they helped me get my life back on track. Food was great and cleaning staff always going the extra mile. Anytime i was missing something staff went the extra mile to take care of me. They really helped me build a solid foundation in my recovery not inly while being here but for moving forward in the future with my recovery.

I was in a really bad spot in life and came into this treatment hoping to get the help i needed and they gave me just that. The workers are always there even if their busy they will drop anything just to help you. They have the best hearts and are really here to help. I had the best experience at this treatment and highly recommend.

I was actively using drugs and alcohol and somehow found this place on Google, and talked to admissions. I got here in less than three days and it was the luckiest and best decision that I made and I’m glad I found this place. I like the staff and made a lot of new support. I recommend WLU for anyone looking for help and a fresh start in life.

I thought I would never go to a rehab. But thank God I went to level up. I was drinking and drugging myself to death and the staff of this facility helped me very much. It's okay to reach out to others to ask for and get help. If you're like me, and think nobody can relate to you and your problems, this place will surprise you.
